• Australian Burn Camp Poster: Electronic copy still to be sent to John.  Action: Christine 
• April Family Day: Advised we have cancelled this.
• Quotes for window stickers:  In the pipeline.  Action: John
• Meeting with ActionNZ arrangements: John to check on this.  Action: John
• Results of meeting on 4th April: Went well and decisions that needed to be made were made and we affirmed where we are going.  See motion passed in New Business.
• Progress with PR arrangements for launch of new books: This is progressing! Paul advised re article in Herald re Sky City and that we should write to Herald to advise them that we are also recipients from Sky City.  Action: John
• ChequeBook Reconciliation: We think it has been resolved!  Further report next meeting.  Action: Pam

GENERAL BUSINESS

• Adopted the results of our discussion held on the 4th April: 

  Moved that we adopt the results of our discussions held on the 4th April to: 

  1. continue with the terms of the MOH contract until its expiry and then renegotiate to allow for the employment of a Schools Visitation Officer to implement the Schools Burn Prevention Programme in Primary, Intermediate and Secondary Schools in the region and, 
  2. to continue with the Family Day Programme and Annual Burn Camp with some revision of the focus and emphasis of the camp, and 
  3. To distribute the Burn Prevention books as arranged.
