Minutes of last meeting: Read and approved subject to a change in the Matters Arising entry regarding the trip to Ruawai to install Trish's PC.  This should read "August" not "Septemeber".

Matters Arising:

• Meeting with ActionNZ is proceeding: Jule reported meeting went well and planning is progressing.
• Display Boards: No developments from last time.  Dianne will have a response at the next meeting.  Report: Dianne
• ANZBAA Sponsorship proceeding. 
• Report on Family Day 18th August.  Jule reported a date change to 15th Sept.  Venue to be: Miranda Hot Pools with fish'n'chips.  Arrangements progressing.
• C.O.G.S. accountability meeting 7th August 02: Julie & John reported that this meeting went very well.  Great opportunities for networking and meeting other groups such as ours.

GENERAL BUSINESS

• Education Officer's position and MoH contract: After discussion a consensus decision was made to pass on this offer.  John to notify MoH.  Action: John
• Dargaville trip/Trish's PC: John & Trish reported that arrangements were in hand for the trip to install Trish's PC.
• Marketing Sub-committee: Paul reported that plans to distribute the book were progressing well.  John requested approval for Ted's postage and toll call expenses be met.  This was agreed to by all present.
• A Promotional Opportunity was discussed and left for further discussion.
