Matters Arising:

• Gift Basket to Doug was all arranged successfully.
• Meeting with ActionNZ is proceeding: Report next meeting: Report Julie
• 20/20 Coverage of Book Lauch was reasonably effective.  "All publicity is good publicity".
• Display Boards: No developments.  Dianne will have a response at the next meeting.  Report: Dianne
• Mobile Phone has been changed successfully but no coverage at Ruawai! 
• Petrol Vouchers & Robyn's allowance all arranged.
• ANZBAA Sponsorship proceeding. Report: John/Pam
• New PC has been purchased for Trish and will be delivered and set up at Ruawai by John Sept 28th - 29th.

GENERAL BUSINESS

• Julie reported that everything is proceeding with regard to Camp 2003.  The next Family Day is set for the 18th August.  Final planning is underway.  Action: Julie
• Paul reported that the Marketing Sub-committee is up and running with lots of distribution opportunities emerging and that Ted has accepted chairmanship.
• Burn Support Ambassador: Paul briefed the Board on the details.  No action. 
• John reported on the upcoming C.O.G.S. accountability meeting set for 7th August 02 9am - 12noon and arrangements were made to comply.  Action: John/Julie
• It was agreed that we should circulate newsletters from orgnaisations via a routing slip & mailout so that the Board can be kept informed of relevant news.  Action: John
