Discussion
followed as to the need for Colleen to submit a financial analysis of her
expenses to the MoH. Pam to
follow up with John on this matter.
Discussed Colleen, continuing in the role of Education Officer
Pam to draw up the Continuation Contract in writing
Colleen
voiced her willingness to accept the continuation of her contract.
Motion: that the Board wishes to confirm that we are happy with Colleen’s performance and that the board approves the continuation of Colleen’s contract

In exchange for them giving us 150 Educational Video Packs. 90 received so far.
Auckland Burn Support would also like to purchase another 2000 for the video packs.
Once quote received on volume from Diane will dicuss quantity to be ordered.

5. Letter received from nurses of Ward 7 asking for a donation toward some of there nurses to attend the Asian Pacific Burns Conference in Brisbane.
Pam to send a letter to advise our current status, and to apologise for our inability to help with funding.
