Ted has worked tirelessly for Burn Support over the years.  We are so appreciative of all he has done, and indeed continues to do, with support and advice and other tasks to promote the cause of Burn Support and Prevention.  Thank you, so much, Ted.  We appreciate you.

Ted and Allison now live in Tauranga where he refuses to be limited by his wheel chair and continues to maintain a lively interest in many different things - including burn support.

Recently Ted was instrumental in organising and arranging the funding for a very successful WBS publication, Keeping Safe Careful and Cool which is available in both Te Reo Maori and English.

It was largely Ted's vision and leadership that allowed WBS to generate the funding and structure to allow us to do many of the projects we have engaged in over the years including the School Burn Prevention Education Programme which involved extensive negotiation with the old HFA and continues to be a vital part of our programme as the years go by.

We are very glad that as a life-member we are able to continue to draw upon his valuable assistance when needed.
